Neighborhood Condition Officers

The NCOs are  officers assigned to ten COPS shops. They work with the community to improve the quality of life in those assigned neighborhoods. Their position is to help bring about change by utilizing resources from different government agencies, businesses, and community members. Volunteers operate each COPS shop. The NCO is actually another resource for the COPS shop and the volunteers.
