The Spokane Police departments (SPD) Abandoned Vehicle unit consists of two special commission Community Service Officers.  They are responsible for handling all abandoned vehicle reports for SPD.  You can contact them by calling the hotline at 625-4246 or by email at abandonedvehicles@spokanepolice.org

They also issue Junk Vehicle Verification Affidavit’s (Hulk Slip’s) on private property.  A hulk slip request form can be obtained by utilizing the above methods or in person at the Public Safety Building’s SPD public counter.  An administrative fee of $10.00 will be charged for each hulk slip.  It is very important that you read all the requirements on the Hulk Slip request form and give good daytime contact information so that your request can be expedited.
